Hey babes, Galentine's Day is almost here and we're pumped! Many people have mixed feelings about Valentine’s Day, as the day creates an excuse to go on a romantic date with a significant other, exchange gifts or just eat a lot of chocolate. For others, it’s a dreaded commercial holiday that highlights their single status. Whether you plan to celebrate Valentine's Day or not, it’s time to celebrate the most important people in your life- your girls! An excuse to eat chocolate, drink champs, and gush about how amazing your friends are? Yeah, I'm definitely gonna take full advantage of that. And you should too! Here's everything you need to throw your girl squad the perfect party.

1. Choose A Theme
When it comes to celebrating Galentine's Day, there aren't too many rules. You can have a good old fashioned slumber party, a 2000's throwback karaoke night, or even book a last-minute spa sesh at your favorite salon. For me, the perfect Galentine's party is stuffing my face with my best friends and taking cute pics!
2. Dress Code
Once deciding what type of party you want to have (cozy vs fancy), make sure to tell your friends the dress code so everyone can be on the same page. If you decide to go for the cozy route, wear all on-theme loungewear. We suggest our Sleepover Popcorn Hoodie Top in Peach or Lavender! We love any excuse to match with our girls! And, to have a themed party that allows for cozy socks over high heels, well that's a party we're on board for!
3. Bring On The Decor
For the ultimate Galentine's Day party, set up the perfect insta-worthy backdrop! It's a great way to bond with your girls while also getting great content! From balloons and garlands to flowers and plants...you can even get real #EXTRA and update your home with some cute blankets and pillows while you're at it! Feel free to get creative here, babes!
4. Say Yes To Treats
Because what's a better way to begin a night with your girls than with cotton candy and your favorite bubbly?! Keeping it simple is the way to go, and we're obsessed with this cotton candy "rosé"! All you need is to pour some champagne in a glass, then drop a little cotton candy in for both taste and to get that gorgeous pink hue. Now just raise your glass to toast to friendship...and for more refills!
5. Don't Forget The Food

We really do love celebrating Galentine's Day, because our female friendships are just as equally important as our romantic relationships! Any excuse to celebrate the strong women in our lives is a good night in our book!
