GENERAL ORDER INFORMATION
Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or cancelled after checkout.
If you use a discount code of more than 30%, the items that the code covers are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned back to us.

Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.
- We will gladly accept unworn and unwashed merchandise (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant or wear, or smell of cigarette smoke, pet hairs, odors, etc), all items must be in the original condition with all product tags attached within 30 days from the shipped date.
- Merchandise will be returned for an Online Store Credit within 2-10 business days of receiving return at our warehouse. If a shipping label is provided we will deduct $9.00 from the store credit. Credit will be for the amount paid for the merchandise less the $9.00 return shipping label. Credit will be only for the merchandise and not for shipping charges.
- Once your return is received you will be notified by email.
- When making the return please include the original return slip included with your merchandise and any notes as to why it is being returned.
- Please note that exact colors of merchandise can vary due to lighting and computer resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These do not qualify as damaged or defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if the merchandise is returned to our warehouse.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We highly recommend shipping returns/exchanges with a tracking number. Shop Priceless is not responsible for any lost returns.
There will be NO STORE CREDIT for the following:
- Sale/clearance items
- Intimates (bras/bralettes)
- Tights
- Bodysuits
- Swimwear
- Makeup
- Face Masks
- Earrings and/or necklace sets including earrings
Any of these items that are returned will not be sent back to you or refunded.
If a package is returned to us as "undeliverable" it will be processed for Store Credit less any return shipping fees associated with the package.
EXCHANGES
- We offer FREE exchanges on eligible merchandise within 30 days from the shipped date.
- We will provide a prepaid shipping label through our Portal for approved exchanges and cover the shipping costs associated with the exchange.
- All exchanged merchandise must be unworn and unwashed, free of stains, odors, pet hair, and signs of wear, with all original tags attached.
- Exchanges will be processed once the merchandise is received at our warehouse and has passed inspection by our returns team.
- Due to limited quantities and high demand, we cannot guarantee availability of requested exchange items. If the needed size is unavailable, a Store Credit will need to be selected in the Portal.
- Once you have initiated your exchange, it will only be reserved for 30 days. It's imperative you ship back your item as quickly as possible so we can receive and process your return within that time frame.
- Exchanges are limited to once per item. After that, any additional returns will be issued as store credit.
DEFECTS OR DAMAGES
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items it must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your order. You may report to Shipping@ShopPriceless.com. If we are not notified within 72 hours of receiving your merchandise it will no longer qualify for a return or a replacement. Please include a photo of the damage or defect in your email to Shipping@ShopPriceless.com
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care handling or incorrect sizing.
